Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address through our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not collect passwords directly.

Idea submissions

When you submit an idea for evaluation, we store the content you provide: idea title, summary, target customer, problem description, solution description, and any optional fields you fill in.

Generated outputs

We store evaluation results, scores, rescue suggestions, and generated PRDs associated with your account.

Payment information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers, bank details, or UPI IDs. We receive order confirmation and payment status from Razorpay.

Usage data

We may collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps to improve the product.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account and manage access
• Process your idea evaluations through our AI pipeline
• Generate personalized scores, rescue suggestions, and PRDs
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send transactional emails related to your account or purchases
• Improve the evaluation accuracy and product quality
• Respond to support requests

We use the following third-party services that process your data:

• Clerk - Authentication and account management. Clerk processes your email address and login sessions.
• Anthropic (Claude API) - AI evaluation engine. Your idea submissions are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their usage policies.
• Razorpay - Payment processing. Razorpay handles all payment data directly. We never see or store your payment credentials.

Your account data, idea submissions, and generated outputs are retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Database access is restricted and authenticated.

No system is completely secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your idea submissions and evaluation results
