Venture Gated is operated by VEXHO (GSTIN: 27LPGPK8430J1ZC), with its registered office at Batliwala Mansion, 4th Floor, Room 15, 75 Memon Wada Road, Mumbai 400003, Maharashtra, India.

Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to VEXHO. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who accesses or uses the Venture Gated platform.

Venture Gated is an AI-powered idea evaluation platform. You submit startup or product ideas, and our system scores them across commercial dimensions, identifies weaknesses, suggests improvements, and generates structured product documents.

All evaluations, scores, and outputs are generated by AI models. They represent structured analysis, not predictions of business success. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our evaluations or PRDs.

You need an account to use Venture Gated. We use Clerk for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the platform, or attempt to manipulate our evaluation system.

Venture Gated offers a free tier (1 evaluation) and paid credit packs. All prices are listed on our pricing page. Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You buy credits, and each credit is consumed when you use it.

All payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are paying from outside India, your bank will handle currency conversion at their prevailing rate. We do not control conversion rates or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

Prices may change at any time. Existing purchased credits remain valid regardless of price changes.

Our refund policy is available at venturegated.com/refund-policy. Please review it before making a purchase. In summary: unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase, consumed credits are not refundable.

The Venture Gated platform, including its design, code, AI prompts, scoring methodology, and branding, is the intellectual property of VEXHO.

Content you submit (your idea descriptions) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your ideas.

Outputs generated by the platform (evaluations, PRDs, rescue suggestions) are licensed to you for your personal and commercial use. You may use generated PRDs to build products, share them with developers, or reference them internally. You may not resell raw platform outputs as a standalone service.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or fraudulent
• Attempt to manipulate evaluations through prompt injection or adversarial input
• Automate submissions or scrape the platform without written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the platform or its outputs
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Venture Gated is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any evaluation, score, or generated document.

AI-generated analysis is not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice. Our Venture Score is an analytical tool, not a predictor of business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEXHO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
