Refund and Cancellation Policy

What we sell
Venture Gated sells digital evaluation credits. When you purchase a pack, you receive credits that can be used to evaluate startup ideas, run rescue suggestions, and generate build-ready PRDs. These are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase.
Refund eligibility
Unused credits are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. If you bought a credit pack and haven't used any of the credits, you can request a full refund.
Consumed credits are not refundable. Once you've run an evaluation, used a rescue round, or generated a PRD, that credit has been consumed and cannot be reversed.
Partially used packs are not eligible for partial refunds. If you purchased a 3-credit bundle and used 1, the remaining 2 are not refundable because the pack was activated.
Requests after 7 days are not eligible for refunds, even if credits remain unused.
How to request a refund
Email support@venturegated.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your Venture Gated account
- The date of purchase
- The product purchased (Evaluation Pack, Builder Bundle, or PRD Unlock)
- Your reason for the refund
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid via international card, your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund and may apply their own conversion rates.
Cancellations
Venture Gated does not offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time payments for credit packs. There is nothing to cancel. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased credit (for example, our evaluation engine fails and your credit is consumed without producing results), contact us and we will either restore the credit to your account or issue a refund at our discretion.
